Privacy Policy

This policy describes the current development preview operated as Tesla Wrap AI at teslawrapai.com. We will update it as services are enabled. Contact support@teslawrapai.com with privacy questions or requests.

Accounts and sessions

Registration stores the name and email you provide. Password authentication uses a password hash rather than a readable password. Authentication records may include session tokens, IP addresses and browser information. The IP country at signup determines eligibility for the one-time welcome credit gift. These records support sign-in, access control and abuse prevention.

Drafts, projects and sharing

Local drafts are stored in your browser. Editing an uploaded image does not by itself send it to our server. Saving a cloud project sends its document, including embedded image layers, to the service. Cloud projects start private and are accessible to their owner.

If you enable sharing, anyone with the link can read that project. Revoking sharing stops access through the project link, but cannot recall copies already downloaded. Project deletion hides the project from normal service access; it is not a promise of immediate removal from every backup or storage system.

AI and image storage

When you request AI generation, your prompt and any reference photo you select are sent through OpenRouter to the configured Muse Image model. AI task records store prompts, status and credit transactions; reference photos are not stored in task records. Generated images are uploaded to a public Cloudflare R2 image bucket. An image URL can be viewed by anyone who obtains it, including after a project link is revoked; it is not private file storage.

Provider processing is also subject to the providers' own policies. Do not submit confidential information or personal material you lack permission to use.

Cookies and payments

The service uses cookies for authentication and language preferences, and browser storage for drafts and display preferences. Clearing browser storage may remove local drafts. Payment purchases are currently disabled; this preview does not collect card details. We will describe payment and optional analytics providers before activating them.

Requests and retention

We keep account and project records to operate the service and respond to support requests. No automatic retention schedule or self-service account deletion is currently promised. Contact the support address to request access, correction or deletion; we will assess the request and explain any records that need to be retained. We do not sell personal information.
